I am not usually the type that writ reviews but the machines we bought from this company are great, well made and the prices are so much better then anyone else.
We never had to call once for support. The delivery was quick and we even got a follow up call to check if we are completely happy with the machine which is really done these days.
We recommend doing business with these guys to anyone.

an advice from someone who bought a Ferracci CNC router a year ago we got the machine we where expecting a technician to install it and give us a training never come we manage to run it did run but never never been able to work on it for 1 hole day since because of y axis is jumping and breaking tools and ruining matireiel we stoped working on it we contacted the company in USA and i have been waiting for 6 month now for a technician to come and fix it every week they tell me next week we give you the date never happen .to any person who want to buy any kind off aluminum machine never buy a ferracci bad service in any means it is a waist of money and down time for your business.
