¿ Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ ¿ Desire to grow in faith and commitment to God and participate in personal Bible study and pray ¿ Recruit leaders and helpers for all ministry outings. ¿ Plan and lead a regular program of training for all the staff. ¿ Plan and prepare regularly scheduled couples outings ¿ Plan, prepare and schedule annual couples retreats. ¿ Lead regular planning meetings for staff and helpers that include training and opportunities for spiritual growth. ¿ Accountable to the Sr. Pastor. ¿ Must present annual Ministry Status reports to keep the Sr. Pastor updated on the status of this ministry. ¿ Communicate with staff regarding the purpose, value and procedures of the ministry. ¿ Be available and willing to provide Marriage Counseling as needed. ¿ Must be an active and supporting member of a local Church.
