I have been a long standing customer and recently had an emissions test and brake work done at Frank's Quiet Zone. Again, I was thoroughly impressed with the way that Frank and Brian always explain what's going on with the car in layman's terms and never talks down to me (a female) or to any customer that I've witnessed over the years. Frank's staff of mechanics all have specialties which enables them to provide excellent service on all makes and models. With regular maintanence, my 2002 Chevy Trailblazer has now surpassed 270,000 miles and is still running great. My daughter, at college in Tennessee, has also been able to call for advice on her 1997 Toyota Camry, which has helped immensely. I've recommended Frank, Brian and all of the staff to family, friends and even strangers as I know their concerns will always be heard, the repairs completed correctly and in a timely fashion and they won't be taken advantage of financially.
