Lime Bay
A few important facts:
1) The buildings were built in the 1970s.
2) There are 3 pools...one is heated.
3) The maintenance and assessments are astronomical compared to other buildings in the area. They fall into 3 categories:
a) 1 bedroom / 1 bath (2013: about ~$220+ / month)
b) 1 bedroom / 1 + 1/2 bath (2013: about ~$250+ / month)
c) 2 bedroom / 2 bath (2013: over ~$300+ / month)
4) You MUST read the bylaws and the conditions (covenants) - they are very important - they can be found for FREE at http://limebaybylaws.wordpress.com - Lime Bay charges ALOT of money to get a copy of this.
People are nice, but the association does spend too much money on unnecessary construction. The pass the costs on as 'assessments,' done several times a year.
