Mr. Ellis Taylor is very knowledgeable and his expertise in the field heating and cooling is superb. He arrived at our home following all the CDC guidelines and wearing protective equipment. He was patient in listening to the problems with our furnace and was able to diagnose and resolved the problem. He identified and explained in detail some additional work to improve the efficiency of the furnace. He spoke in a language and terms that I could understand, and I know that this was the right decision to make in terms of the repairs.
