Do not use this company. Shaun Pleickhardt the Owner of Advanced Computer Group which was last I knew located in Centereach, NY installed a massive tower to back up my computers which never worked properly from day one. When I complained he offered to fix it for $95 an hour. When I complained further that it never worked from the start and posted the same on Facebook, he kept my money, changed his phone number from 631 509 6020 to 631509 4200 and blocked my calls and blocked me from posting on his Facebook page. Shaun has not acted in a professional or ethical manner in regards to my account and I would never do business with him if I were you as there are way too many professional honest companies to use.
