We hired Westchase Roofing Services to have our roof replaced. Ron, the salesman, was professional, kind and knowledgeable. We decided that even thought they were the most expensive the 40 year transferable warranty that was included and backed by Owens Corning and the fact that it covered any wood that needed to be replaced sold us. The crew, which was hard working and friendly ripped off and replaced the roof in one day without incident. Shortly after we started noticing issues with the cooling of our home. Knowing that the condenser and air handler had been replaced 2 years prior we thought it was more than likely leaky or old duct work so we hired a company, rip out the redesign and replace all of the duct work, but unfortunately that still didn't fix the issue. We installed a digital thermometer in the attic and noticed that the attic was excessively hot. After doing research, we decided to replace the soffits thinking that it could be the ventilation of the attic. After doing several other things the only thing left was the roof. We decided to reach out to Westchase and they sent a guy out that looked in the attic for 2 minutes and said Ron would be in contact. When Ron called he stated that there were no issues with the ridge vents and recommended that we have a solar attic fan installed.
