I would recommend working here to anyone who is motivated to make a lot of money, but would like to enjoy working with the people they are sitting next to as well. Also if you like the opportunity to grow and add suggest any ideas that may help the company, this would be the place for you.

I have worked with Avid off & on over several years when I was actively looking for my next home. My particular recruiter has the most amazing follow up skills and professional skills. She also has taken the time to really know the background & skillset of me which is so rare these days. Most important to any possible candidate is that you should not have to chase the recruiter around when you have spent a great deal of time investing yourself for an opportunity. I can not possibly describe how positive my experience has been with my recruiter at Avid. I only wish I could shout out her name and I hope that she gets the recognition she is due..

I typically abhor recruiters and their agencies, but AVID is different. Their team has been fantastic in landing me the best job I have ever had and their continued support and interest in my success has been great. Unlike all other agencies I have dealt with, they don't harass me or put their interests first and I sincerely appreciate it. I fully recommend AVID in every which way.
