Proud to be a part of McDonald's
All in all your business is a great company franchise. I have been a short time part of your establishment, but might I take a moment to point out some key elements that need some attention, Your Management needs to train the employees of, or explain to them what they are expected of at the beginning of each operation / task that, they have a team / crew member doing at that particular moment. Could be maybe as simple as the emptying of a trash recepticle or as hard as making hamburgers. The " New " location is a prime one. Training of new Managers & crew individuals is critical to teach them the right way of an operation & the importance of why it's done that way. Many individuals that I have met, didn't really know how something was done & why it was done that way. Training is critical .. many individuals came from other location, but the basic principles / or operations should of been trained to them. They also should be given some time to get adjusted to their environment after things get organized at least after the 1st few weeks, they should then be more firmiliar with the location, it's equipment, & elements needed for their task or job. When first put into a job it's over whelming at first as we all know, teaching with an aggressive nature does not make a lasting impression, nor does it make an individual want to be a part or want to perform the task they may have been assigned to do. Work can be done, but it can also be fun. Not neglecting safety, truly..
