Please beware!!! Do not use Machado Construction - License #574972. He will rip you off, take advantage of you and have his people do shody work with the exception of the shower pan man, Steve Copeland, he was a real professional). When you ask for corrections to the contract it will take and arm, leg and your first newborn just to get a response, not the actua l work re-done or repaired (if you are a senior citizen lots of luck with the first born if you never had children)! I will be reporting this with the BBB but just wanted to get this message out as I understand he does local work in this area.
