Dean submitted a bid to sand and re-stain an approximate 300 square foot multi level deck in NW Greensboro. He did a poor job of preparing and sanding the deck surface. By 10 months, the stain began peeling and flaking in multiple areas. I called Dean to see if he could come by and look at the deck, but he never showed up. He never called to set up a better time and he never apologized for missing the apt. However, he did come by the house unannounced and left a business card wedged into the back door. You can imagine how long it took to find that. I tried several more times to contact Dean over the summer but he never responded to my voice mails. It's been a very frustrating experience overall and I wouldn't bother writing a review if it wasn't for the fact that he finally contacted me to say that we are "petty" and "focused on first world problems" by asking for the deck to be looked at again. I recommend that you stay away from All Solutions, Inc. and hire a more professional company.
