I WOULD NOT recommend this company for building a new house. Things to improve.TO the CONTRACTOR; LEARN TO WORK WITH WOMEN!!!!!! Educate yourself so you know if things are done correctly. Have some pride in the work you are producing!!! Hire sub Contractors that know what they are doing. Ex; Use an architect that LISTENS to the owner and considers functionality of a home instead of just throwing it together. People that know proper install of tile in shower/bath area. ( if necessary, download manufacturers directions and make them watch a video )Allow wood floor to acclimate to property before installing.FYI it is not good business to treat owners like idiots and tell them it acclimated in the warehouse. PUT TOILETS THAT FLUSH THE WASTE so home owners don't have to do it manually!!!! (Would you want to do that?)
Generally speaking basic education, customer service skills, and attention to detail would be a huge improvement. I guess it all depends on how you want to run your company and the reputation you want as a result.
NOTE: DO NOT ALLOW SHERWIN WILLIAMS TO DO ANYTHING ELSE OTHER THAN PAINT!!!! They should stick to what they know.
