PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE I wish there was a way to give this whole shop a -20. I took my car to them at the end of August 2024 for braking issues and not only did they not fix my brakes but they put my calipers back on UPSIDE DOWN AND ON THE WRONG SIDES. Then come to find out that they also put a wheel bearing on BACKWARDS. I paid a different shop $418 to fix B&B's lack of care and they refused to make it right. It is nobody's problem but Bills that he has a bunch of skillless drug heads as his mechanics. God does not like ugly and that is exactly what Bill is taking advantage of customers like this. Maybe if he had a better team he wouldn't have to rob others. If you don't have the bandwidth or ability to fix something then say that instead of wasting peoples time and get a job that you actually enjoy. And for a shop that says they're open everyday, there's no reason for it to have taken basically a month to get my car back just for it to not be fixed correctly. He lied and said that my brakes were fine. I have several other issues with Bill as well but that is not my story to share. It's disheartening to have the holidays ruined because a man doesn't want to do the right thing. Karma will catch up to him one day. Unless you don't care about how your car is returned to you then go somewhere else.
