My furnace went out during our last ‘mini blizzard’. I called them for help and received a call back within 15 minutes and a person on-site (in howling wind and snow) within an hour. When a major part had to be ordered, they did a temporary fix and also provided me with an alternative heat source for added security.. Work was competently, neatly, and efficiently completed when the part arrived. Overall, a terrific company with good, knowledgeable, and honest employees. And, although no one enjoys an unexpected expense, their pricing was also market based and fair
