Bought a new home they built in Manchester, TN in 2020. Not a single trade did their job correctly or with any sense of pride. This is one of the worst built homes I've seen in middle TN in recent times. Terrible paint with missed spots everywhere and a coat so thin you can see the drywall though it in several places. Flooring, hardwood and tile, that are peeling up. Numerous problems with faulty breakers. A deck that looks like it was built by amateur 10 year olds. HVAC incorrectly installed. The list goes on. Bottom line: this crew doesn't care about craftsmanship or standing by their products, they only care about cashing your check. Avoid their homes at all costs.
