Winnsboro Community Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity founded in 2009 to benefit the community - now, and in the future.

Winnsboro Community Foundation (WCF) was founded in early 2009, and joins the 34 other community foundations in Texas serving specific geographic areas. The purpose of the WCF is to connect people interested in Winnsboro with the causes that matter to the community.
