I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THIS CO ALL DAY FRIDAY AUGUST 16TH. I GET TH MESSAGES HAVE WAITED UP TOI 20 MINUTES SEVERAL TIMES.. THIS IS REDICULAS. I WOULD LIKE TO DO BUSINESS BUT CAN'T REACH ANYONE. IF ANYONE WILL READ THIS PLEASE CALL JIM AT JOES HARDWARE IN FALLBROOK CA.. 760 728 4265. WHAT A WAY TO RUN A RAILROAD....

I too have had difficulties contacting this company regarding their low voltage landscape lighting that I have installed in our backyard. We had earlier purchased two (2) units for the front of the house and they work like a dream. However after purchasing a third unit on January 3, 2014 (Serial Number: 8100-9045-01) installing four (4) low voltage lights I discovered that regardless of which option I chose for the lights to turn on (which in this case I wanted "dusk to dawn"), only to find out that regardless of which time period I chose, they would shut off after a two (2) hour period. I've followed the instructions to a "T" and eventually gave up and called the Customer Service number listed on the manual. After several attempts finally someone answered! Unfortunately I did not get the young man's name when I called on February 18,2014 he was rather rude, and obviously not concerned with my dilemma. Frustrated I advised him that he was not assisting me with the matter at hand, and that I would contact Home Depot, where I purchased the unit. Since then I have been diagnosed with esophagus cancer and under went an aggressive regiment of both chemo and radiation treatments and have not had the time to get this matter resolved. Today I intend to send a letter to J Baxter Brinkmann, President and CEO of Malibu Corporation.

I have ben attempting to find out if I can get replacement (glass) lenses for the Model 8308-9603-01 would appreciate someone getting back to me thanks
