Terrible service!!! Had my engagement party last minute, did not know untill 5 days before. I called her the next day after I found out. We spoke over the phone, seemed very nice. She quoted me $85 for a basic cleaning and $150 for deep cleaning. Told her thats fine. She said she would like to see the house before she worked on it and told me she could clean anything because she works to clean forclosed homes and for hoarders!! I said thats great but my house is not dirty we just need some remodeling as many houses in Oak Forest do. I just wanted the house to be super clean and smell good just for the time being. She came in to take a look a day before she was suppose to clean which was 2 days away from the party and said its not as bad as she thought but wanted to charge me $200 instead because my kitchen will take a lomg time. She also said that it will not go past that but contradicted herself and said usually for a basic clean it's $65 which told me before $85!!! she said she will probably have another person with her which I said was fine and that my family will be here to help as well. I told her I had school when she came in and it was supposed to be quick. She ended up staying for 45 min gossiping, I ended up missing class trying to be nice. She said she will be in the next day @ 9:30 and ended up not even showing up or calling. My family and I ended up doing all the cleaning along with all the last min errands we were running and havent heard from her since!!!!! I do
