Warning! Did not have a good experience. They do not stand behind their products. My daughter bought a backpack for $60.00 for a special birthday gift for her daughter, and the strap broke in just one week. She took it back to the store to show them and they did nothing to compensate her for this inferior product. In fact, she was treated very poorly by the staff and store manager. Save yourself the grief and money, shop elsewhere. If you do not believe me check out comments made by others on other web sites.

February 2013. Ms. Gross retagged a muddy $46 backpack and tried to return it after several weeks of use.

I would never recommend this store to absolutely anyone until they learn some manners and apologize.
