We took our SEADOO to be repaired in July, 2017. I authorized a "Diagnosis Fee" of $90 to be performed on the unit. I was then told I would have to pay up front and would be advised as to the results when it was performed. I was given an estimate a week to 10 days. I called only to be told they would get to it. I was then told by the owner that he would do the test "tomorrow". Still no call. I called again only to be told they would get to it. I stopped by after 16 days to check on it. I was told they were trying to push repairs out as soon as possible. I have been strung along before and knew these guys were over their heads. At this point I had enough. I asked for them to bring the SeaDoo out and I take it to another shop. They informed me that the $90 was non-refundable and since they looked at the unit, they had performed a diagnosis on the unit. These guys advertise they are serving Jesus through serving their customer. My Jesus would never treat people as they have. Rip OFF! Take my advise, Find another shop! I wondered why Roland of RnR didn't recommend him.....

We took our wave runner to this shop to be repaired in May, 2016. The original estimated time of completion was 3 weeks. The shop kept it all summer "working on it", so we lost an entire summer. The total cost eventually far exceeded the estimate. The wave runner was finally repaired and we were called to pick it up at the end of August, 2016. We live out of town and could not return to pick it up and had a conversation with the receptionist, who promised us we had until 10-1-16 to pick up the wave runner because it had taken them so long to complete the work. We then asked a neighbor to pick it up and he went to the shop and the owner would not release it until we paid an additional exorbitant amount for "storage". We were never given a break down for the storage cost . We were told the owner "overruled" his agent and wanted additional money for storage, despite the earlier agreement and despite his keeping the equipment for 3 months. We objected to the significantly increased amount and continue to object to the excessive charges. This was essentially extortion we had to pay to pick up the equipment. The work is too expensive and the owner is not to be trusted. Get everything in writing because he will not honor his word or that of his associates. We will never deal with him again.
