First off, everything Westborn electric did in my yard has been captured on camera on my home security system. I will never recommend Westborn electric or do business with this place ever again. Extremely rude head electrician along with the owner, Mark. I was told by the owner "He's moving the pump out of the way and trying to extend it around the pool" in a text after the owner yelled at me on the phone when I have every right to know what is going on in my yard. The head electrician didn't move the pump at all. Now I have to get someone to move the pump closer to pass code which is why I had Westborn Electric there in the first place. The pole they installed- they didn't even cement down. It wobbles all over the place. Not safe when u have a ton of kids. Just because u r having a bad day and have 30 years in the business- so what- doesn't mean u take it out on your customers. I did nothing wrong. I offered them water and tried to make sure we were all on the same page which we were not. I never received a written estimate either of exactly what was going to be done, just verbal. The head electrician has a short fuse- not my fault and so what- u do not treat your customers this way and the owner knows he has a short fuse and sent him to my house anyway - why should I have to deal with him? I was nothing but polite to the owner when I met him and to his workers until this head electrician got an attitude - maybe he doesn't like his job and maybe should not be sent out to do work for the owner regardless of why!!! The inspector said the pole had to be moved 6 feet away from pool. He moves it 5 feet and a little he said. When I called the owner he blocked me because I was telling him how his worker was acting. Very unprofessional and very rude company and an extremely sloppy job and not done according to what the owner texted to me would be done at all. Then when I asked the head short fuse electrician to sign the receipt paid in full instead of just paid- he goes ugh! Would you hurry up- we are late. So I got this jerk down my throat and have no time for anything. Everything thing I am writing, I have 2 witnesses that saw everything! This company is terrible and just downright mean
