We met with Shannan (the office Manager) in their office on December 3 and she agreed to refund our money if we would return to her the original warranty document. At Shannan's request, we agreed to return to their office at 9:30 am on 12-5-11 to return the warranty and obtain our refund. Shannan did not show up for this meeting and made no effort to contact us to reschedule. When we tried to contact her later in the day, a young girl answered the phone and upon finding out who we were, she (or someone) hung up on us. I, later that same day, when into the office and Shannan was there. She ushered me outside the back door to talk. She offered no apology for standing us up and this is when she (not the owner) offered to do the second coat we discussed in the first paragraph of this document. She did not ask for and I did not offer the warranty at that time. We told her we were going to the BBB and we were done talking with them. We have been lied to, ignored, stood up and never, ever have they tried, in any way, to contact us since the application on 11-11-11. We want nothing more or less than what we contracted with this Company to do. We are left with an incomplete job and a worthless warranty. We resent the statement that we have been obnoxious. This Company has disappointed us greatly. They were the people that installed our original counter tops and they did a wonderful job. We sent several people there when they were looking for granite. Needless to say, we are very upset
