Ismet shala ordered a door and frame from my employer. he said he needed it right away and assured me he would give us a check upon delivery. I should have asked for a deposit, but to expedite his order i put it right into production. We made him a custom storefront door in 2 days. I contacted him about delivery, he said he would get back to me with a jobsite delivery location. For a week he gave he gave me excuses why he couldn't have someone available to sign for the door and give us a check.I have production drawings with his signature authorizing production, but that's worthless when he cant be reached. Calls and e-mails go unanswered, he doesn't seem to have an office, his business line goes to standard cell phone voice mail. We're a small business, we understand that money is tight, I hate to think that I have to required customers to pay up front for all orders, but my experience with In Vision Builders has left a bad taste in my mouth. From my dealings with Ismet, I would warn anyone doing business with him, that he doesn't honor contracts, and you can't trust him to pay his bills.I deal with hundreds of small builders and for the most part they are honest and hard working. ismet shala of In Vision Builders is not one of them.
