Horrible. Totally disorganized and disreputable. Constantly changing list of self-contradictory demands as far as which tile they will install for my project. They repeatedly changed their quotes and falsely claimed that they were unaware that I wanted the particular tile installed. This despite confirming in writing multiple times they would install the tile at the agreed upon price. They do not honor their own quotes. They pick fights with and are hostile towards other contractors when in fact this couple is the problem. Do not ever use these people. You will regret it if you do.
