My Dad was eager to find different insurance coverage to better meet his health needs. He had a plan that required a referral be made to each doctor, specialist or hospital to ensure all participants were part of that specific network. A very arduous task when your loved one is sick or injured. When my Dad approached me about this insurance issue, I frankly thought that it would be a fairly easy matter to research and resolve.
