Management is horrible, maintenance is nonexistent. Neighbors break the rules over & over with nothing happening to them. The building location is great. Unfortunately the building is full of mold & mice. Window sills are rotted so bugs are impossible to keep out. They will promise you the world when you move in & then do absolutely nothing when there's an issue. My tub faucet broke in a Friday afternoon. I could not shut the water off. I had to leave it running water all weekend because they didn't want to pay an emergency plumber. The dumpsters are always overflowing & that caused a mouse infestation. I could write a book on problems I had over 3½ years I was there. When I started posting pics of the horrible conditions online they let me out of my lease!
