I had no idea that something was wrong with my garage door untill I found a racoon in the garage one morning. When I called All Idaho Door, LLC we set up an appointment for later that same day. It turned out that the door did not close all the way and there was a gap about 5 inches from the ground. They explained that it was due to a problem with the closing mechanism. The mechanic repaired it and suggested we check the door once in a while to prevent racoons going into the garage again.

The garage technician was on time, assessed the problem and quickly arranged for a replacement to be installed at my convenience 2 days later. He was on time and quickly replaced the door opener, answered my questions on how to use the remote controls, and took away the debris. Very nice job.
