I contracted Swimmin Holes to purchase a pool liner for my inground pool in June of 2011. After more than 4 months of not receiving the liner, I finally had to sue Kevin Boylen for the return of the money. Although I did receive a default judgement against him for the liner I still have not received the deposit I gave him for the liner. I am not the only one that has had to take Boylen and Swimmin Holes to court. Check him out on the Maryland Judiciary web site. If your into just giving away your money for nothing in return, there are more charitable places to donate to than Swimmin Holes.

I used Kevin Boylen and Swimminholes.com back in the summer of 2011. I contracted him to measure, purchase and to help install a pool liner. After months of not receiving the liner I finally took him to court for which I won a $1700 judgement; however winning and collecting are two different things. There are better ways to throw money away. Don't get taken like I did. If you don't believe me check him out on the MD judiciary website. Two other people also took him to court.
