Bad Daycare! Ok teachers but not motivated to work. Brenda is always bragging about her "professionalism" when the kids are being mistreated. They don't learn anything, preschoolers come out not ready for school. They don't serve enough food to the kids who always go back home saying they're hungry because they didn't eat well due to they're poor meal proportions. Employees are always yelled at and mistreated, I have walked in when all the staff members are brought out of their classrooms for meetings. Too many kids for just one "teacher" teacher assistant most of the time. They don't respect child to adult ratio (depending on age range so many children per adult) the infant teachers are always struggling with so many crying babies that don't get any attention. Staff members are never heard when they have concerns and they keep losing valuable staff members. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS DAYCARE TO ANY PARENT!!!! As a parent a would not like anyone to have a bad experience like the one you get with Extreme Daycare 123 Loft. I took my boy out and he's now very happy and I'm very pleased with the professionalism of the owner and the teachers as well as teacher assistants.

At first things SEEMED to be OK, but I'm a talker and nosy I want to know everyone and hear what they have to say I wanted to be their friend since they had my daughter full time.  They want to be professional but the truth is they ghetto.. I'm not saying is not OK to have some street but they are running a child care!!! With all kinds of kids that come from different backgrounds and some might be able to handle this attitude and some may not like to put up with it. The more I got closer to my daughters teacher the more I disliked her!! She didn't even like her job!! complained about the owners and how she felt unappreciated. She also grabbed kids by their arms was super laud screamed at kids.. I have to say that the best ones seemed to be the Hispanics and white young girl she had there witch are gone now. My daughter at first was OK but ones they switched teachers everything went down the drain. She didn't want to go, her mornings were not the same shed cry and say she didn't want to be with the Monster Teacher and to say my daughter at the time was only 2yr old, when getting there shed hold on to the door and give me that horrified look and it started to brake my heart. At work I couldn't think of anything else but her horrified face!! Actions speak lauder than words and this is something the owner and everyone she hires need to keep in mind. Owning any business is hard work!! So don't throw it in the garbage. And Young FAM. Members they have working there have to go!!

They mix personal emotions with work so if they in a bad mood they will let u know just by looking at them and when smiling it felt fake like if they had too because they were told too. They can do better but the owner needs to get a hole new staff where she can mold them the way she speaks. Ones again actions speak lauder than words. I have to add that when my daughter was acting different do to the fact that they are aggressive, One made an ignorant comment and said "She's scared of black people" I couldn't believe it!!!! The truth is she doesn't see a difference in color yet and she's about to be 4. I tell my daughter now she's going back to school and she replies with "It better be a different school"
