Big Sandwiches made Fresh , Classci California Style and Also Eastern Style on Rye Califrnia Pastrami was started because of a trip that I took with my sons to La Mirada California to visit my mother. I told my sons about the Famous Pastrami sandwich that i used to eat while i was growing up there. They tried one , and they loved it , The funny thing is niether one of them liked mustard of pickels . The last 3 days we was there they wanted one everyday and grabed some on our way out of town. While taking our last bites of their newly found favorite sandwich.Westarted talkig while driving on our journey back to New Mexico. We decided to try and sell Pastrami sandwiches at the State Fair .Well we did get in at the state fair and found out how many Californians that missed the famous sandwich . And the rest is History . We have been in business 5 years now
