These guys are amazing, really. I had the famous "white smoke cloud" coming out of the back of my 750i. Both owners knew immediately what the problem was, and did a full diagnosis and breakdown of all problems they could see. I went to a few other shops around town and was quoted outrageously for things I knew my beamer didn't need, and at one very well known shop was given the scare tactic that "my car was unsafe to drive and I would need to tow it out of there". All over an issue where the car burns too much oil.. no thanks. These guys did none of that, and worked with my warranty company to make sure that everything was taken care of without dipping in to my pocket. They even detailed the car for me, and updated a few codes in the computer system. This experience was top notch. They deserve 5 stars and have made me a loyal customer.
