Psychotherapy is a highly personal process, involving a truly unique relationship between client and therapist. It is the uniqueness of this relationship that makes it so powerful. As a client, you have the opportunity to spend time on yourself and speak freely, feel, and question things in your life without judgement or bias. As your therapist, I act as a guide, a mirror, an observer, a teacher and offer validation. I work with teenagers and adults dealing with a myriad of issues from depression, anxiety, the stress of life changing events, to substance abuse and addiction.
