I responded to their ad "$99 inspection/$99 cleaning" - knowing full well it would cost significantly more. Yet, the two employees were at my house for 40 minutes total; charged $2,000, and left tools lying around (plugged in) when they departed. I phoned the company office FOUR times asking for a detailed explanation of their work and requesting someone to come collect their tools - Each time I was promised a response, and each time nothing happens. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. A TOTAL SCAM!
