Kurt Johnson installed a Venmar Constructo 1.0 unit at my lake house in 2008. The unit was installed in the homes dirt floor crawl space which covered an area below the entire house.
Prior to the installation the radon reading was 8+ vs the EPA safe guidline of 4 or lower.
After installation the radon readings vary between 1 and 2.This is a well insulated year round home and the radon levels remain low even when the home is tightly closed in the winter.
The air in the home is fresh, clean and not dry or damp year round.
