Beware!! I went through Donald Webber mortgage & they approved us & gave us 8.25 % fixed rate w pmt in the neighborhood of 640& this was on a new construction. We had our land & they said to have everyone agree to do the work & when everything was done, they would get paid 5 days after closing. We put a modular on a full basement so the basement, well, septic & electric had been done & I called to set up closing & they told me That program changed & now they wanted us to put up $10,000., We had to scramble & had to get other financing @ the last minute & our mortgage was 1097. So we were stuck with this & they said this isn't how they don't "normally do business like that" Please run & do not trust this company. It cost us dearly
