Dr. Gary Strasberg is the Director of Medicine at Memphis Mental Health Institute in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Strasberg is also a Clinical Professor of Medicine at the UTHSC, and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. After graduating from then Memphis State University with honors as the highest graduating male (3.96 GPA) and receiving his M.D. degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center with distinguished honors for leadership and scholarship, Dr. Strasberg was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He then completed a three year Straight Medicine Residency at the Affiliated Hospitals of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. Dr. Strasberg has practiced and taught Internal Medicine in the Memphis area for over 30 years.
