Drivers flat out lie and say no one is home or available but don’t leave a door tag... Because it was a business, so multiple people were there, and they never even drove up. We have surveillance cameras around the whole place that clearly capture the driveway and parking lot so I can prove it! Now I have to wait until Monday sometime for them to attempt to deliver the rims for my car, while it’s on jack stands in my garage since Wednesday night so I could have the tires transferred to the new rims. I broke one of the old rims or I could drive it over... Oh, I’ve called the FedEx customer service number each time and notified them but that was useless and after multiple hours on the phone and getting “disconnected” at least 4 times today I tracked down the local number and spoke with them and the manager Jason I believe he said his name was, yet this is the best they could do and I even offered to do their job and drive to them to pick it up and they can’t even do that.... I highly recommend NOT using FedEx! Certainly not ever using FedEx Ground under any circumstances!

Horrible experience my packages never came. I called their office the lady was extremely rude. She wouldn't let me talk to anyone else. She hung up on me. When I called back she hung up again. This is the WORST service I have ever had. I would not recommend them to anyone.
