We started making Brittle Brackle in 2009 from an old Amish family recipe. It is a soft brittle candy, made with peanuts, cashews, or pecans, we also drizzle chocolate over all three varieties. We have observation windows in our store so you can come in and watch the candy making in our state of the art kitchen.
