The problem I had with this company was they didnt ever show. Even after multiple calls back and forth of more waiting I ended up calling another local West Chicago company. When I told him after the 4th hour waiting that I was calling a second service he started cussing and became unintelligible. I hung up and he continued for the remainder of the day calling and harassing me until I blocked his number. It was very disappointing and Im sure Im not the first.
