I provide individual counseling and biofeedback services to people dealing with a variety of emotional and/or physical health issues in Austin, Texas.

I come alongside people trying to cope with issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, career problems, and life transitions. Also, because 80-90 percent of health conditions are exacerbated by stress, I offer biofeedback to folks dealing with anxiety and many stress-related health problems including, but not limited to, hypertension, asthma, headaches, and IBS.
