AVOID AT ALL COSTS -- TERRIBLE LANDLORDS!
Let me just say to any parents out there wanting their children to have a good landlord and to not have any hassles with the basics, like getting your security check back or even a return phone call, do yourself a favor and use another agency. I am honestly surprised they are able to do business -- they are terrible at any communication and are unwilling to be helpful. There are many nicer properties out there run by people who care and will make your child's experience a lot more stress free. If you opt for a MetroWest property, you can't say you weren't warned. In two words: They suck!
No stars wasn't an option, so I mark one, but meant to indicate a -4. Again, awful company!
