My daughter bought her very first car from this business. She saved for months, bought a car that "Brian" listed on Craig's List as " if you like to tinker with cars, this is NOT the car for you- meaning to us that she was making a good safe purchase-WRONG!! After she paid $300 to register the car & sales tax we took it to get an inspection sticker. It FAILED!! There is an issue with the air bag, a safety issue. We brought it back up to Brian. After he looks at it he tells us there is a recall and take it to a dealership. We do so and guess what? NO RECALL. We call Brian, and guess what happened to his customer service? Well that FAILED TOO!! He told my husband that we didn't want to put any money into the car- WHAT??? She just paid $2000.00 for a car that is sitting in the driveway undriveable because it can't pass inspection. How does a "dealership" sell a car that cannot even pass inspection and then tell the customer that WE don't want to put any money into it?? It doesn't end there. My husband tells him that we are returning the car to him and that we want her money back. Brian tells him to return the car and that he will give him $1000.00 back, then when we get the title from the registry he wants us to mail it to him and then he'll MAIL my daughter a CHECK..... REALLY?? She paid him $2000 cash and will still lose the $300 to register a car she can never use!! he told my husband to to stick the car up his ass!! And hung up on him. STAY AWAY from this place. Crook!!
