This corporation is a SCAM! They only want to add their names to your Warranty Deed so that they have control over your property. They will not do anything on your behalf. After you sign the Quit Claim Deed they won't answer the phone. SCAM!!! Do not sign any documents. This company is in the process of being sued!! If you are a victim reply to this recommendation.
