We found the best carpet installer we've ever had in JRC Carpet Service! We had a different well-known area flooring company install new carpeting for us a while back. They left 18 feet of entry into our kitchen and foyer sunken and fraying. I should name that company but I won't. We couldn't believe they left edges like this, and with the carpet sunken lower than the tiles. When we brought it up they tried to charge us to come out with tapered carpet 'ramps' to raise the floor and rework the carpeting. We told them the right thing to do would have been to have figured out the need for them in the first place. We didn't trust them at that point so we asked around.
