They are contracted with the town of Carmel and Lake Secor beach association to maintain the property. There is a lot of brush in the parking lot for the beach overflowing into my mother-in-law's property. My mother-in-law approached them, asking about them clearing the property. The owner stated that he wasn't going to remove it because the town and or association was not paying him. They wanted to charge my mother-in-law to clear it, which isn't their property. Businesses like this should not exist. I reached out to the owner for a resolution and still haven't heard anything back. My next phone call will be to consumer affairs. Why would the lake association and town do business with a company that operates like this?
