David Norton is aggressive, threatening and unprofessional. As a single female, his non-stop harassment and appalling behavior have made me feel completely violated. And his reasons for stalking and harassing me, a tenant, are over an issue so trivial it is downright disturbing. Norton obviously has too much time on his hands and his ego, arrogance and feelings of self-importance is clearly preventing him acting professionally, ethically, courteously and fairly. I will terminate my lease rather than rent from any property being handled by this very angry, very petty and very disturbing individual. As a single female, I will not tolerate being bullied by this man, and especially over something so miniscule, irrelevant and petty. He also needs to lose the cop interrogating a suspect attitude when he communicates to people.

Dave Norton who runs the company is egotistical, lazy and never there for the important stuff. 5 yrs of requesting service covered by HOA and dave hadnt responded or dealt with the issues. He is rude, calls late at night on weekends, and focuses on trivial items while overlooking main issues that need attention. Would not recommend ever hiring this company, since it is ran by Dave. He acts like a bad cop who doesn’t understand the law but trys to enforce it anyways. Should be call Spectrum Mis-management company
