When I was 17 I was lucky enough to stumble into the kennel and get a job at Paws, Wings, and Things. I have been their longest standing employee and have been there from when we had 10 dogs a day all the way up to 40 dogs a day. The standard of care is always the same, regardless of how many dogs are there. Your animal truly is treated like family. Working at the kennel has opened up many doors for me and is one of the reasons I feel so comfortable around any kind of animal. As a veterinary student I can attest to the quality of the facility and staff working at the kennel. They are SO knowledgeable and can read animals so well. As their longest standing employee, I am willing to testify to anyone who is curious about what goes on behind ‘closed doors.’ Closed doors isn’t the term I would use because honestly, our doors are always open to everyone.

Paws Wings and Things gives poor care of animals, and you don't always get what you pay for. Example being, paying for your dog to participate in doggy daycare but come to find out your animal actually spends the day in a crate.... Alone (something that can be done for free at your home). Or paying for one of the special packages such as cuddle time or the one on one walk.... Is your pet really getting that extra stuff you are paying for? As far as care, have you ever noticed your pet acting different when you get home? Maybe sad, or even skittish? Ever thought to maybe ask why? The owners don't want you to know the truth about them and the way they manage their company. They recently went so far as to call the cops on someone just for writing a TRUE review. Then they took their review board down on their Facebook page. If a regular or a person looking into using paws wings and things, I would either find a new place or start asking questions and possibly ask for proof you are getting what you pay for.
