Hi my son & daughter played for parkway little league for several years. Now my grandchildren play with parkway. For several years the president Lily Valenzuela has been rude to parents and coach's. She has NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS! Today at my grandchildren's game I witnessed a parent talking to a coach trying to help them, by giving the new coach tips due to the fact that the coach's not having any knowledge of procedure or rules to proper coaching. Basically the coach's were thrown out there without NO KNOWLEDGE. What I witnessed was a parent trying to assist the coach (coach had no clue concerning rules, protocol. The new coach's are EXTREMELY rude to the parent. The parent quietly in privately told the new coach's on procedure on which the parent knew. No spectators were aware of the conversation between coach & parent until the coach humiliated the parent very loud in front of us. That's when we were aware that parent was on the defense. Parent should have been appreciative that the parent was helping them since no board members trained the coach. A parent told the other parent to go to the president Lily to address the issues with the coach. Us parents know that the president won't do anything. The president is very rude & doesn't have the community's best interest. The president ONLY helps cause she is a controlling person. It's obvious she likes to gain attention, look good. Will NOT let her run me away. It's time for change at parkway. OVERDUE FOR A NEW PRESIDENT!!!!
