My husband & I and 2 friends dined at this restaurant for the first time last night after seeing their ad for several months. It was smaller than I expected, so was initially concerned. However, the meals we had were outstanding! Ample salad and 2 sides were included with each entree and the food was HOT. That's hard to come by in most restaurants these days. I had the crableg-stuffed haddock with dill sauce & the homemade, thin and crispy chips! Next time I'll order the chips unsalted & add my own. I could only eat half though it was delicious and I'm looking forward to finishing it tonight. One friend got pizza & loved it (and she's picky)! and she took a lot home. Her husband got BBQ ribs that he devoured. My husband enjoyed a lightly breaded fish dinner . We shared a homemadeTeramasu that melted in your mouth. Friends shared homemade apple pie/icecream that they raved over. The waitress was down-t-earth friendly and helpful and obviously likes her job and believes in Brackels. She filled us in on the Cruise nights on Thursdays starting in June that sounds like fun.. The family atmosphere was great and no music to drown out our conversations. And Sage was a nice addtition too, bless her. Blessings, Rosalie
