This is known as EAAT, therapeutic riding, rehabilitation therapy, hippotherapy, animal assisted therapy, equine facilitated mental health. The center is run according to the standards ot the NARHA North American Riding for the Handicapped Association. It is conducted on a private ranch devoted exlcusively to therapeutic riding utilizing the assistance of two small horses. The instructor is trained in the techniques of the NARHA and has 20 years experience as a riding therapist.
